I loved reminiscing with this article about FERAL!, Konnexion, and Rusty records. I was 13/14 when I wandered up to the hallmall and my mind was blown by local fixtures, records, zines, and open-minded ‘cool older people.’ FERAL! Was one of my favorite places to loiter at and dink around in.

If anyone else should happen to wander here in a fit of nostalgia, I am searching for any flyers, photos, videos, commentary, etc from that one time me and N8 did a show and called it N80 P0T80 and Margo No Embargo and we covered a Bruce Springsteen casette tape with N8 singing and playing the ukelele and I played horn....I was 14ish and wearing a rosie the riveter tshirt (I think) and n8 was wearing a red dress and fishnets with combat boots. I really hope I can track down a photo!!! Maybe 2005?? 2006? 2007? Perhaps the right crowd will find this article and know someone who might have a photo.
Also, would like to find Monique and Kyrie (who hung out around that time)

Thanks for the memories!!!
Margo
Margo https://www.blogger.com/profile/01697169386036975968noreply@blogger.com
